The best of the best

Step drill

With a step drill, several processing steps can be combined in one. This enables savings in the number of tools.

A decisive advantage of the step drill in contrast to drills with only one diameter is the saving of work steps and thus a significant time saving.

Solid carbide profile cutter

With a profile milling cutter you can create contours that are otherwise impossible or only possible with a lot of effort and several tools.  There are no limits to your requirements here. Another important advantage of a profile tool is the dimensional accuracy and repeatability, which you cannot maintain with multiple tools.

Brazed HM tools

Brazed tools are used for larger diameters. This is about simple tools that create a diameter. Right through to special tools, e.g. with shoulder contours to crown your hole at the same time. And all of this in one tool and therefore in one work step.

Profile panels

Profile plates are used for contours where several standard tools would otherwise be needed. This is an immense time advantage, especially in series production. Therefore essential for productive production. Furthermore, profile plates offer dimensional accuracy and repeatability that cannot otherwise be reproduced.

Insert tools

The big advantage of indexable insert tools is their easy handling. As soon as the inserts have fulfilled their requirements, they are simply unscrewed and replaced with new onese replaced without having to remove the tool from the machine. This means there is no need to re-align the tools and you can continue with production straight away.
